How many questions is the Paramedic exam?
The NREMT Paramedic cognitive exam is computer-adaptive and ranges from 110 to 150 items — the longest of the three certification levels. It ends once it can determine with confidence whether you're above or below the passing standard.
How is this different from the EMT or AEMT practice?
Scope and depth. Paramedic questions cover interventions and interpretations that aren't in AEMT or EMT scope at all — 12-lead rhythm interpretation being the clearest example — and the clinical judgment items expect you to prioritize between two defensible actions rather than recall a fact.
Is there a free Paramedic practice test?

Are these real NREMT questions?
