Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident preparing with NREMT Tutoring. This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work.

1. Free diagnostic

Our diagnostic exam is free and requires no payment, so you can evaluate the Service before subscribing.

2. Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the “Manage subscription” billing portal in your dashboard (or by emailing us); cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

3. Refund window

If you are unhappy with a new paid subscription, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund of that initial charge. Renewal charges after the first period are generally non-refundable.

4. Tutoring sessions

  • Your first 1-on-1 tutoring session is free.
  • Paid tutoring sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled for a full refund up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours, or missed sessions, are non-refundable.
  • Tutoring hours included in a bundle (Retake Rescue, Study Sprint, Complete Prep) may be booked one session at a time, at your own pace, throughout your access window. Bundles are non-refundable once purchased, whether or not every included hour is used — including if you pass your exam before booking every session.

4a. Pass Guarantee

We guarantee your NREMT pass when your preparation meets our readiness bar. If you still don't pass, we'll refund your subscription fees in full.

  • Eligibility. Your account must reach a Readiness Score of 85 (“On track”) on your dashboard, which requires sustained practice accuracy, AND you must pass at least one full-length practice exam outright, matching your certification level (EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic) at the real NREMT format and length for that level — completing a mock without passing it, or a shorter self-built practice set, does not qualify. This is a one-time, permanent milestone — once your account reaches it, you remain eligible even if your score later changes.
  • Proof required. To file a claim, upload your official NREMT score report showing a failing result, dated after the date you became eligible.
  • Filing window. Claims must be submitted within 60 days of your exam date.
  • One claim per account. The Pass Guarantee covers one claim per student account.
  • Refund scope. An approved claim refunds 100% of the subscription fees you've paid to NREMT Tutoring. It does not cover tutoring session purchases, bundles, or NREMT/Pearson VUE exam fees.
  • Review. Claims are reviewed and approved at NREMT Tutoring's discretion; we may request additional documentation.
  • File a claim from your dashboard or at /guarantee once you're eligible.
The Pass Guarantee is separate from, and does not replace, the refund window and cancellation terms above.

5. How to request a refund

Email nremttutoring@gmail.com from the email on your account and include the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear.
